Helping all socially isolated 16 to 25-year olds in Newbury

The Benten Academy aims to improve the general social well-being and career development of African BME young people and Not in Education Employment and Training (NEETs) through the provision of apprenticeships, work experience, training, workshops and so much more. We aim to help these young people achieve their career goals and identify their best talents in an effort to reduce youth unemployment levels within Newbury and the surrounding area.
